2003 Nissan Sentra 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

I need to know what the name of the part is and if I can replace it my self. I was on the hi-way and the car started to shake so I stopped and got out to look took the center cap off the wheel and a lug fell to the ground with the stud in it. It snapped clean off. CAN I REPLACE JUST THE BROKEN STUD OR DO I NEED TO REPLACE THE ENTIRE ASEMBALY? I NEED HELP BAD

You can usually remove the broken stud and press a new stud in through the back of the hub, but you may have to remove the hub and bearing to do it. On the front, if the steering knuckle is in the way, you'll have to remove the entire knuckle from the strut, tie rod and ball joint and take it to a shop with a hydraulic press to remove the hub. On the back, it's much easier. Remove the center dust cap, cotter pin and axle nut and the hub should pull right off with the wheel bearings.
