OK about 3 mo ago my clutch peddle started to stick when I would push it down and I would have to pull it back up with my foot when I was driving well about a week ago I was driving and I pushed my peddle in and it made like pop sound I was still driving it but I had a hard time putting it in gear so on my way down my street to get home the car went in to neutral by it self and now I can not drive my car because it wont go in any gear

I would guess the clutch pressure plate has one or more broken springs. It will have to come out and be replaced.

And would that be something that we can do or would I have to take it to the shop I have fixed everything eles that had gone wrong with my car

I haven't replaced a clutch on this car, but in general, you've got to remove the engine or at least separate it enough from the transmission to reach the pressure plate, which is bolted to the flywheel. It's enough trouble that you should also replace the clutch disk and throwout bearing so you won't have to do those again anytime soon.

One thing you can do is just to make sure the clutch cable is operating the throwout arm OK. Actually, come to think of it, a broken clutch cable could be the source of your trouble. You could fix that without too much trouble. At least I think this one has a cable and not a hydraulic throwout. Find the cable attachment on the side of the transmission and have someone depress the pedal and see if it moves the arm freely.
