Engine Mechanical problem

1994 - I was driving around on my lunch break my car was fine, went back to the office. Four hours later, I put my key in the ignition and when I turned to start, there is nothing. All the panel lights come on, battery light, oil light, alt light. Check battery cables and they are fine,. the radio, head lights etc. all come on.
