Ok so here is my issue. My car recently developed this problem and it happenes at random.

The car will start and run and drive fine. But 3 times now it has just stalled at random times and refused to start back up until the next morning. I took it to a mechanic and they had it for three days and couldnt get it to break on them.

I replaced the spark plugs, dist cap and rotor and the fuel filter yesterday and drove it all day without a problem. This morning i get in it and drive 300 feet and it stalls and dies. At this point i pushed the car back to my house and checked to see if the fuel pump was working and it was, however the car still will not turn over.

At this point im at a loss for what it could be......help!

Did you have a check engine light come on or has flashed prior to this problem.

Cranks but no start condition:

Fuel and Spark:
Get a helper disconnect a sparkplug wire or 2 and ground it to the engine at least 3/16 away from ground -have helper crank engine over-do you have a snapping blue spark? If so-you have a fuel related problem, check the fuel pressure to rule out the fuel filter/fuel pump/pressure regulator and listen to the injector/s are they pulsing or hook up a noid light. No snapping blue spark continue to troubleshoot the ignition system-power input to the coil/coil packs, coil's resistances, distributor pick-up coil, ignition control module, cam and crank sensors and computer Note: If it doesn't apply disregard it
