Electrical problem
1990 Nissan Sentra 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive 180000 miles

I have a 1990 Nissan California Wagon, 1.5L 12Valve 4cyl Gas engine. I'm not too sure if it's the ignition coil, my engine cannot start on one (1) turn of the key, you need two or more or with a blip of the gas pedal and when it finally started it will have a very low RPM at least 2000 RPM and slowly climb to 8000 RPM if you let it be for about 10-20 minutes. If you try to hustle it up by stepping on the gas it would only misfire or stall. I tried checking wires and plugs but all four (4) have perfectly burned tips, however, when I checked the ignition coil on it's part where the high tension wire is inserted going to the distributor I saw oil. It's an oil-filled-type of ignition coil. Is it really normal to have oil on the ignition coil's terminal? I really think oil should be sealed inside. I tried drying up the oil in the terminal and started it again, the engine did not start that easily still, however it recovered from 2000RPM to 8000RPM faster and did not misfire until a few run. Perhaps the Ignition coil bleeds with oil again. Thanks for reading and I hope to hear from you soon. Have a blessed day.
