Hi moots24,

Thank you for the donation.

Check the following:

1. Fuse J ( 75 A ) in under hood fuse/fusible link box.

2. Fuse L ( 20 A ) underdash fuse box.

3. Fuse B ( 140 A ) underhood

4. Fuse 29 ( 10 A ) under dash

Does the charge indicator light come on when the ignition switch is turned on?

Check Fuse K in fusible link box underhood.

At ignition switch test for battery voltage at White/Purple wire. Battery voltage should be present.

Fuel pump relay receives its power from Fuse # 43 in fusible link box and Fuse # 29 underdash.

Are you getting battery voltage at the relay terminals?

I have the exact same problem on my 2000 Quest. Had motor mounts replaced, a month later car is running rough so I take it to the mechanic. Suddenly it won't start at all without jumping the fuel pump.No instrument cluster....
I suspect a bad ground(s) (fuses and links check out). Mechanic thinks the harness is bad.... Any ideas where to start? Moots24, did you locate the problem?
