OX4 Infiniti (same as Pathfinder) sparkplugs

OX4 Infinity, 60,000 miles, 3.2 V6 engine. It is my wifes car, I bought some plugs for it, but I looked at teh engine and it looks impossible to change the plugs, all kinds of junk, can't even see the plugs, how hard is to change them on this vehicle?

The problem is, I can't even see the plugs opn that vehicle, I was wondering if anyone has ever put plugs in one, if so does all the plastic have to be removed, it looks very hard to do.
