Nissan Pathfinder Repair Question

Emissions
I have a 94 Pathfinder 4wd LE with 152,000 miles. Six months ago it passed emissions with flying colors. Yesterday I tested it and the numbers are
HC 3086
CO12.76
CO2 4.85
It also just started idling rough.
Can you help?

Has it been tuned up recently?Sounds and looks like the engine has developed a miss.It will never pass emissions unless its firing on all cylinders. You can tune it up yourself if your mechanically inclined at all.Just use OEM quality parts
