Hello everyone, I made a rather large mistake when I jumped my girlfriends 95 Nissan pathfinder backwards.
I smelled a burning toxic smell at the time of destruction.
Since then I replaced the battery and I have looked for a burnt fuse or fused link. I did find a burnt fuse in the fuse box, I have replaced the fuse.
This truck has an on board computer.
Can anyone help to guide me on where I should start?

The computer stuff should be ok. It probably just jumped time. Mine did it the same way, retime it and it will be fine. "If you didn't hear a pop sound" which would be a bent valve
