My 1992 nissannpathfinder 3.0 v6 idle's roughly the tach goes up and down and seems like it's miss firing and has no power

When was the last major tune-up? To start your diagnosis- Check the engine compression and then check the fuel pressure. Need more help come on back wih the compession readings and fuel pressures
