Electrical problem
1990 Nissan Pathfinder 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

When I removed my spark plugs I notices dirt deposit around the seat. It possible prevents the plug seal work perfectly. How do I remove the dirt from 12" hole without dumping it on the pistons? Or, does it matter if it is there?
Thank you.

Hi aaste, Welcome to 2carpros and TY for the donation

Use a coat hanger/welding rod and solvent scrape it as much as you can around the plug seat-now loosen all the plugs about 2 turns out-disable the coil and crank engine over for atleast 10secs, this will blow it out. if there's no metallic debris and it does fall in, it will just burn off-
