What's the temperature of your engine (normal or takes a long time to get to normal working temp). Check that hose for heating that comes into your car isn't broken somewhere (inspect by touching not just by looking). Is your heating weak on all positions and all fan speeds. If it takes a long time for your car to warm up then your thermostat might be faulty (always open so all the water circulates through the engine).
