1999 Other Nissan Models diesel wont start

hi, i have a nissan primera 2.0 diesel turbo after having to auto electricians out and 2 mechanics at my door its still a mystery why it wont start, the ecu showed report one fault,the fuel temp control is not perfect but still works! the car stopped on the motorway doing 70mph and since hasn't started again ?

1.starter turning yes
2.fuel line line ok yes
3.fuel present yes
4.battery full yes
5.tried pumping fuel through just incase air spot yes
6.glow plug check yes
7.air filter change yes
any help would be appreciated thanx
