I've replaced the fuel filter, spark plugs, battery, and battery cables. It has a new timing belt on it and spark. The fuel pump sounds good and seems to be working. What more can I do to get it to start? It turns over. Good for a few turns then sluggish.

The fuel pump sounds good and seems to be working. But is it producing the correct fuel pressure-EFI don't like low pressure and also if its producing the correct pressure are the injector/s pulsing providing fuel into the cylinders.

Check the fuel pressure and injectors/s pulses
