1998 Nissan Micra Not starting

My car will not start. It has had a new dist cap, rotor arm, ht leads, plugs and air filter. When engine cranked and plug removed plug is dry and cant smell fuel in cylinder. Prior to this car ran ok but then lost power severl times befor dying on parking.I have Fault code 142 indicated

Check the timing belt is still intact
