car just started to sputter

i have a 1995 nissan maxima with 118k miles. it sputters on take off and anything under 2000 rpm's. i hear a popping sound in the exaust. what could cause this ? also on a different note my car intermittantly shakes at 65mph and gets faster as i go faster . any ideas?

Sounds like a misfire, how old are the plugs, wires, cap and rotor?

The vibration sound like a tire balance problem. IF your in the snowy area, may be a little frozen snow.ice built up.
