I have a 1987 Nissan Maxima w/ 155,000 miles. I noticed that when I turn off the car the brake lights remain on. I checked the fuses its ok. I pumped the brakes but the lights remain on. I had to disconnect the fuse because it drains the battery. Any solution, help...
Thanx, Rick

The brake switch is on the brake pedal bracket either you adjust or replace. When the pedal is release the plunger should retract in fully and pedal engage it should fully extent. Simple!!!
