the nissan keeps missfiring. and the code keeps coming up that it is the first hole. i put new spark plugs in. what do you think it is?

replace the plugs and wires with a different cylinder, if it moves with it then you should replace the plug and wire or check the plug gapping.
if thats not it listen to the fuel injector it should be buzzing, if not you should check for voltage at it and if its present replace injector.
also check compression on that cylinder.
