The other day when i got into my car and put the key in the ignition i t wouldnt let me turn the key to the right to start the engine? I turned the steering wheel and it then locked up on me so now i have both the steering wheel and the ignition locked up? What happened? Does it have something to do with the cars security system? I called a nissan service dept. and told them my problem and they said i had to open up the console and push a button for the shift lock but when i opened the console there is no button for the shift lock? Can you please tell me on how to get my ignition and steering unlocked.
