1998 Nissan Maxima

I had this code in my 2002, and turned out my oil level was low but not enough to trigger the check engine light/low oil warning. The engine timing advance on my car adjust itself by oil pressure. So check your oil level first and top it off. Reset your code (disconnect battery for a 15 minutes if you don't have an OBD-II tool) and see if it came back.
