I changed some fuses 2 weeks ago on the car due to my tail lights being out. When changing them there was a zap and I believe it shorted something out. Lights are back on but since then there has been trouble starting the car. It's very sluggish and hesitant to start.it almost seems like something is draining the battery. I checked the hood light but it's off. Can someone please help?
