The car was parked for ~ 2hrs in front of house and would not even turn over later.Battery is good.
In the past year we have had ignition /key sensitivity issues ( the key would have to be cycled a few times to get the car to start). Or could it be the starter or could it be the timinig belt?

Have you heard of related problems of this sort for this type of car.

( the key would have to be cycled a few times to get the car to start). If you have to play with the key to engage the starter-your probable causes could be the ignition switch, transmission range switch/NSS, starter relay and starter itself.

If its a timing belt problem-even if you play with the key and it hits the sweet spot to crank the engine over she'll never start.
