1997 Nissan Maxima back brakes

I had originally thought my front brakes were grinding. I assumed the front brakes because of the noise from inside the car. After inspecting the car, turns out the back brakes are grinding. If you could, please send me some info regarding rear brake replacement, including rotor replacement. Thank you

take tire off... two bolts on the caliper... righty tight lefty loosely. Need a c-clamp to push cylinder back in. Then new brakes in the caliper bracket. Put caliper back on with bolts... Then once start car triple pump breaks before moving....
