When I turned the key to start the car, nothing happens. No noise is heard. I turned the key to off position and then turn the key to on and the car will start. This does not happen all the time. Some time it happens when the car is cold or when it is hot. It may happen after I have driven the car and turn it off and then turn if right back on, Could it be the starter?

Thanks

Next time it does that just hold key in start position and go bang on the starter if it kicks over replace the starter. If not the starter, could be the starter relay or ignition switch.
