1998 Nissan Frontier Nissan Frontier wont start

Hi I have 1998 nissan frontier 4cyl 5sp, was running but sat for about a year and now wont start turns over but had to cut the alt belt becuse it was stuck, and its not geting any spark, would I need a new distributor or to clean something or can I test it some how?If some one know whats rong, I would be happy to know. Thanks

No snapping blue spark continue to troubleshoot the ignition system-power input to the coil/coil packs, coil's resistances, distributor pick-up coil, ignition control module, cam and crank sensors and computer Note: If it doesn't apply disregard it.
