I have a Nissan Altima that will not start. I tried to jump it but nothing happens. The battery seems to have power but not sure why it won't turn over. I hear a clicking noise when the key is turned. But the engine does not turn over.

The clicking you hear is your starter solonoid. The solonoid tells your starter to engage and start your motor. There are two things that will cause this. 1. Your starter is bad and need to be replaced. 2. It is not getting the correct voltage. Check your battery for voltage 11.5-12 volts, be sure your battery terminals are clean and making good contact, also check your battery cables.
