2003 Nissan Altima what could be wrong my car is jerkin

2003 Nissan Altima 4 cyl 143651 miles

here the problem i had my car check out a a dealer to figure what was causing the car to jerk. didnt get to the bottom of the problem, so im tryin to get some answers from someone. the engine ligth isnt on there is nothing wrong with the coil's, so i dont know what the problem is can i get some help?

Inspect and test all the following listed below:

Oxygen sensor
Dirty fuel injectors (cleaning the injectors often fixes this).
Bad MAP (manifold absolute pressure) sensor
Bad TPS (throttle position) sensor
Bad or dirty MAF (mass airflow) sensor
Low fuel pressure (leaky fuel pressure regulator or weak fuel pump)
Vacuum leaks (intake manifold, vacuum hoses, throttle body, EGR valve)
Bad gasoline (fuel contaminated with water or too much alcohol)

Sometimes, what feels like a hesitation is actually ignition misfire rather than lean misfire. The causes of ignition misfire may include:

Dirty or worn spark plugs
Bad plug wires
Weak ignition coil
Wet plug wires
Cap and rotor
