2003 Nissan Altima Trottle problem

I went down a gravel road with my wifes car.It was muddy to say the leased .On the way home i stop at a drive threw car wash.The sprayers came up from the bottem and the car went dead.
All the way home it spit and spuudered.When i push the gas it slows down.Then when i let up it goes.The break light batterie light and check engine soon light comes on.The codes show po101 and po103.Can anyone tell me what's going on with this car?

Both codes are for Mass Air Flow Circuit Malfunction (P0101) and Circuit High (P0103). My guess is that some mud got into the air intake hose and covered the mass air flow sensor. Remove the sensor from the intake hose and see if anything is blocking the sensor. You may use specific cleaner meant for Mass Air Flow sensor, available from your local parts store.

Thank you for your help.
I cleaned it .The sensor had build up.After i put it back on, it was the same.now i have a po102 code.
The car was fine untill i went threw the car wash.
The water was spraying up under the car.The car went dead.That made me think something got wet
The car want stay cranked now.I've cleaned all the connections.and the sensor looks fine and clean.Any ideas?

P0102 deals with the sensor circuit. I am not convinced that the car wash did this. The reason being that the sensor and harness is located at the top of the engine, the water could not have gotten to them. Here is the diagnostic for P0103.
