2002 Nissan Altima High Idle

I recently had a timing chain installed, the car runs great but over sudden is idling high around 1500 RPM, at newtral what could be my problem. I had already checked all my vacum hoses, air filter and a head job was just redone and there are no leaks. everything is perfect, just HIGH IDLE!
