Upon startup car idles good, about 1200 rpm's. After it warms up, idles very rough. Idle surges between about 300 and 1000 rpm's. I gave it a full tune up including ignition parts, fuel and air filter, and a new mass air sensor after local shop ran codes and told me it needed all that. It still idles rough as ever. Engine code stated "multiple misfires". Please help, I'm at my wits end and wallet's bottom.

sounds like a leaking intake manifold gasket. very common on these. this will cause multiple misfires and lean codes.

sounds like you got a very bad diagnosis to me. not saying you didn't need all those parts but it sounds like they tried firing a shotgun full of part ideas at it in hopes that one of them worked.
