2000 Nissan Altima Over heating

My daughter has a 2000 Nissan Altima, I replaced her plugs and now it is over heating. I replaced her termostat and it still over heats. I think it could be her water pump. A little bit of help would be nice.

First, make sure the cooling fans are coming on if not thats your problem, if they are turning on then you should check your water pump.
