Vacuum cut bypass valve

1999 Nissan Altima 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 132000 miles
service engine soon light came on, had checked and shows faulty vacuum cut bypass valve, vacuum diagram doesnt show this, is it called something else? where is it? easy way to test it with vacuum gauge?

Voltage applied air flowes from A to B no voltage no flow
