I HAVE A PROBLEM MY CAR IS SMOKING THROUGH THE EXAUST PIPES N I WASHED MY ENGINE RECENTLY AND I NOTICED THAT THERES OIL IN ONE SPARK PLUG COULD THAT BE THE CAUSE OF THE SMOKE?

Yes, the valve seal for that cylinder has failed and is leaking oil into the combustion chamber causing the smoke

You'll have to have seals done, it may not just be that one, if you do one you may as well do them all
