I have a 98 Altima with 130000 miles with a manual transmission. It would try to crank but was sluggish. I had the starter checked & it was fine. I cleaned the battery terminals & checked the fuel pump relay, hooked everything back up, and the hazard lights started blinking (on the outside, not on the dash) & dash background lights started blinking. Now the engine won't even crank. Any ideas?
