Hi there,
with engine warm up, check the temp of both heater hoses with the temp on high. If not hot to touch, you may have a blocked heater core or a faulty heater tap. If both hot the venting system flaps could be stuck closed.

The #1 reason a heater will not work is low on coolant, check out this video which should help.
