My car will only crank if i use jumper cables. The battery and alternator checks out ok. The voltage of the battery is over 12 volts when it is not running, and read 14 volts while running. I have tried jumping it with a charger with no luck only when I jump it with another car using jumper cables. When the car is off and I turn the ignition switch on it seems to be draining the current but the battery is reading 12 volts. All electrical systems seems to go crazy.
