My 350z dies at 3500 rpm dead peddle under hard accel under light press slowly will climb to any rpm

Hi there,
I have seen faulty TPI sensors do this, i would get a scan done as if so it should show a code, or if you can get a live data read, check throttle percentage increase is OK.
