1993 Nissan 300ZX 300z won't start all lights on full power

car will not start, all lights are on all power is good all connections are tight and clean going to the starter,that battery connections are tight and ground connection is tight as well,clutch safety switch is jumped(behind the clutch pedal) and the prong switch infront of it is jumped as well now theres a circular switch right next to the on behind the clutch pedal that i havent jumped yet so im not sure i dont have a wiriingdiagram to see whats what but it use to start right up then it would take like 5 seconds to start once in a while now it wont start at all i have to push start every single time i want to drive it and as soon as i kill it it wont start but all power is there this is killing me

Find starter relay rear left front fender. Key in start check for voltage on both black/white wires?if there does relay close? if no ground brown/white does it start? if no is there power on black/yellow? if yes starter is faulty
