With fitting a light weight fly wheel there car some gives and takes, you can get a small increase in top end performance as the engine is not working as hard to move the extra mass of the heavy fly wheel, engine response will pick up for the same reason, but you can loose some idle quality as the flywheel is a mas balance that help keep momentum going smoothly at low engine speeds, i would talk to someone who has fitted on to see how they feel about the conversion personally.
