How is the engine running? This code says one bank is running too rich, this means you may have a fuel injector on bank two, that is bad. Please remove the spark plugs and see if one is black, this will be the cylinder that needs the injector replaced. Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so I can see the engine running? That way I can tell for sure what's going on. You can upload it here with your response. Here is more information on the code problem.

The error code P0175 on a 2004 Jeep Liberty refers to a problem with the Fuel Trim System (Bank 2). This code indicates that the engine control module (ECM) has detected a rich fuel mixture condition on Bank 2.

Here are a few possible causes for this error code:

Faulty Oxygen (O2) sensor: The O2 sensor measures the oxygen content in the exhaust gases and provides feedback to the ECM for adjusting the air-fuel mixture. A malfunctioning O2 sensor on Bank 2 can cause the ECM to interpret a rich fuel condition incorrectly.

Fuel pressure regulator issue: A faulty fuel pressure regulator can cause excessive fuel pressure, resulting in a rich fuel mixture.

Restricted fuel injector: If one or more fuel injectors on Bank 2 are clogged or not functioning properly, it can lead to a rich fuel condition.

Intake manifold leak: A vacuum leak in the intake manifold on Bank 2 can allow extra air to enter, causing a rich fuel mixture.

Faulty ECM: In rare cases, a problem with the ECM itself can cause erroneous fuel mixture readings and trigger this error code.

Here is how to test the fuel injector:
