Will not start after a full tune up was done

Did a full tune up and replaces engine coils and spark plugs. It started and ran for a few minutes then I shut it off and try to turn it on and it wouldn’t.

Hello,

What exactly does your vehicle do when you turn the ignition key? Does it do nothing, does it make a clicking noise, or does it crank the engine but just not start? Please get back to us with this information and we will go from there.
