1985 Mitsubishi Pajero Vehicle wont start

I would like to know why my vehicle will only start when it is jump started off another battery. I thought the battery might be the problem, but after buying a new battery, it does the same thing. Once it is started it runs fine, but wont start unless connected to a second battery. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Could be a short circuit in the electrcial system draining the baterry do below battery drain test
