Mitsubishi Other Repair Question

What would cause a Random, or Multable Misfire.
This is the code that I am getting on my 2001 Eclipes Spyder with a V6. I have done losts of things to fix it with a tune up. I am asking what all could be wrong.

u might have some kinda contaminate in the fuel such as water etc.. have some one disconnect the fuel line and take a fuel sample to see if anything is in fuel,,,,, have u had the coil checked or replaced , i would also look into that
