Blower motor

Hello. I am not sure if my blower motor is going or what. I have a 1996 mitsubishi eclipse 4 cylinder 2.0 non turbo that has 191,000 miles. All the sudden I blew a fuse when I had my defroster on high. I changed the fuse and it blew again with the air conditioner on. The fuse does not blow if the a/c or heater is on low or medium, only on high. So I don't know what the problem is. Any ideas?

Sounds like you have a short in the high speed area for the switch or in the wires going to the high speed part of the blower motor. I would try the switch first and go from there.
