2001 Mitsubishi Montero idle to high
Engine Mechanical problem
2001 Mitsubishi Montero Two Wheel Drive Automatic 68,000 miles
2001 Mitsubishi Montero Sport XLS 3.0 replaced engine with a 2002 3.0 low mileage engine will no idle to spec of 650 to 700. My engine idles at 1200. I have no vaccum leak I cleaned the throttle plate and throttlebody I also replaced the idle air control but still idles to high need help

check the throttle position sensor.
