I have no ranr procedure. It take about 2 hours per side however.

Hi,

I managed to gather some info on the replacement.

Remove air intake hose and ducts.
Remove ignition coils and accelerator cable bracket.
Remove EGR valve (if equipped).
Label and disconnect all cables, vacuum hoses, cooling system hoses, and electrical connections.
Remove manifold bracket.
Remove upper intake manifold.

You would be able to access the valve covers. Remember to remove the hanger or any other brackets that might intefere with removal and installation of the valve cover.
