I went to work and came back home. Then got ready to leave again and my car won't start. All the lights is on and I just replaced the battery and alternator last month. The car only makes a clicking nosie. Could this be the starter?? And if it is how do I get it started to get it to the repair shop without having to have it towed... Please help!!

Charge the battery and make sure its cleaned and properly tightened if it fires up-have the alternator checked out and have electrical system check for a short circuit.

The battery has to give before the starter could operate
