When I take off my car makes clacking noises in the the left front drivers side wheel and the car wobbles severely, even at low speeds and has trouble climbing hills or driving against strong winds. Cannot even drive above 45 or the car will shake to the point as to where it feels like the wheel may come off.

Hello,

This could be due to a bad CV axle. Typically, when the CV axle goes bad it will make noises and can cause vibration. It will usually increase with speed.
Inspect the CV joint. Look for grease leaking.
Usually when the boot leaks it will allow dirt and debris to enter the joint, which makes the noise. The joint can also become loose creating vibration.
