Shakes or Wobbles problem
2001 Mitsubishi Mirage Front Wheel Drive Automatic 200000 miles
When i take off my car makes clacking noises in the the left front drivers side wheel and the car wobbles severely, even at low speeds and has trouble climbing hills or driving against strong winds. cannot even drive above 45 or the car will shake to the point as to where it feels like the wheel may come off.

Hi cinoevans,
the clacking noise should be from the axle shafts.
The wobbling cuold be due to bad wheel bearings, suspension and steering linkages, get them checked.
