my tyres seems to be wearing on the inside only why is that alignment or balancing problem.

It has been my experience that you have an alignment issue. Typically too much toe out although too much negatine casmber can contibute to tire wear. Tire balance is useually associated with vibrations and shaking of the steering wheel at different speeds.
