How do I replace the fuse that is connected to the positive post on the battery cable

I'm having this same probem. It looks like the fusible link is built in, so you just can't replace the fuse, but rather the entire section. I'm assuming that you'd have to go to a dealership to get the part.

Has anyone had this problem and was able to remedy it?
